Roorkee: Ceiling plaster crashes inside dilapidated LIU office, staff member narrowly escapes
A thick section of ceiling plaster fell inside the Local Intelligence Unit office operating from a deteriorating residential building at Dargah in Roorkee on Tuesday. An LIU employee escaped injury, while officials said the premises would be inspected before deciding whether to repair the buildings or shift government offices and residential arrangements.
