Paddy procurement remained at 0 in Khatima development block on the 10th day of the 2026-27 kharif marketing season. Officials said farmers have not brought their produce to the cooperative procurement centres because its moisture content is above the permitted level of 17 percent, leaving all 99 centres without purchases.
