Haridwar’s Nasirpur Kalan villages seek an inter college as students travel out after Class 8
Residents of Daudbasi and Jhabiran, within Nasirpur Kalan gram panchayat, say their combined population exceeds 20,000 but the area has no inter college. Students must travel several kilometres after Class 8, while some families are reluctant to send their daughters outside the villages for further education.
