Nainital court sentences Lalkuan man to 3 years for molesting student on moving bus
A Nainital court has convicted Lalkuan resident Shubham Saxena in a 2022 case involving molestation of an ITI student on a moving bus and imposed a ₹10,000 fine. 2 other accused, who faced charges under the Information Technology Act, were acquitted after the court heard evidence from both sides.
