CHC Chakrata chief inspects 4 remote health facilities, reviews records and services
CHC Chakrata Medical Superintendent Dr Vipin Tomar conducted surprise inspections at 3 primary health centres and a sub-centre in remote mountain areas on Wednesday. The review covered attendance, outpatient services, medicine stocks, maternal and child health, institutional deliveries, immunisation and national health programmes, with staff directed to improve records and service delivery.
