Nainital hotel body warns of protest as vehicle restrictions hit Kainchi Dham tourism route
Hotel Association president Digvijay Singh Bisht has opposed restrictions on vehicles travelling towards Nainital and Kainchi Dham. He said the measures were hurting weekend tourism and could affect businesses across Kumaon, while local traders are preparing for a protest and have suggested parking facilities 3 kilometres from the highway.
