UPNAL security personnel at AIIMS Rishikesh reportedly have not received wages for 2 months, while other outsourced workers were awaiting their monthly payment and Diwali bonus. Protests and work boycotts by security, cleaning and hospital attendant staff affected hospital operations, including sanitation in emergency and trauma areas, before talks with the administration.
