Almora Police seize vehicle driven by minor without helmet, owner faces ₹25,000 court challan
Almora Police took action during a checking drive after finding a minor riding a bike or scooter without a helmet. The vehicle was seized, the parent was called for counselling and the vehicle owner received a ₹25,000 court challan. Police have urged families not to hand vehicles to minors and stressed helmet use.
