Uttarakhand red alert: Dhami orders 24-hour readiness as heavy rain threatens 26–27 September
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has directed officials to remain alert around the clock after the weather department issued a red alert for heavy to extremely heavy rain. Dehradun, Tehri, Haridwar and Pauri are under the highest warning, while 9 other districts face yellow alerts for thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds.
