Kumbh Mela-2027: Haridwar orders faster ghat repairs and Hathipul safety upgrades ahead of event
Haridwar officials have ordered faster repairs at Har Ki Pauri, Rodi Belwala and several other ghats during the Ganga canal closure. The work includes strengthening railings, replacing damaged tiles and stones, improving Hathipul’s safety barriers, repairing sculptures and ensuring adequate lighting before Kumbh Mela-2027.
