Haridwar GRP arrests 5 in ‘uncle is a TT’ gang that promised confirmed train tickets
Haridwar Government Railway Police have arrested 5 people accused of targeting passengers with a fake railway ticket promise. The group allegedly posed as a railway employee’s relatives, collected cash, phones and banking details, and withdrew money from 2 West Bengal workers. Police recovered ₹25,000, a mobile phone and froze ₹49,999.
