Haridwar: Australia-based NRI dies during Ganga bath in Sapt Rishi; body found in Kankhal
An Australia-resident NRI died after being swept into deep water while bathing in the Ganga with family in Haridwar’s Sapt Rishi area on Tuesday. Police and water police launched a search after he went missing, and his body was recovered several hours later from the Kankhal area before being sent to the district hospital mortuary.
