Uttarakhand High Court seeks state reply in Girdhari Lal Sahu’s plea against arrest and FIR
The Uttarakhand High Court has given the state government 3 days to respond to Girdhari Lal Sahu’s petition seeking protection from arrest and the cancellation of an FIR filed by Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya. The court took up the matter before Justice Alok Mehra, but no final decision on Sahu’s requests was reported.
