Haldwani raids uncover unlicensed festive food made in dirty godown, stale sweets at shop
An administration and food safety inspection in Haldwani found batasha, mishri and festive items being prepared without a food licence in unhygienic conditions. Officials also reported old sweets at a shop in Unchapul, while separate checks examined 97 food samples and municipal teams issued challans for dirt and polythene.
