Champawat to launch weekly farmers’ market on 18 October for local organic produce
A weekly farmers’ market will be organised at the Roadways Bus Station premises in Champawat district headquarters from 18 October, with support from the Agriculture and Horticulture departments. Local cultivators will sell organic products at discounted prices, creating a nearby marketplace for growers and improving access to locally produced farm goods for residents.
