Tehri Lake: 8,000-hectare master plan proposed to check unplanned growth and build global appeal
Uttarakhand Chief Secretary Anand Vardhan has directed officials to prepare a comprehensive master plan and zonal plan for the area around Tehri Lake. The proposed framework will cover government and private land, account for local and environmental conditions, and support plans to develop the lake as a global destination.
