Vikasnagar group backs CM action on 1300 crore government power dues, cites consumer disparity
The Jan Sangharsh Morcha has welcomed the Chief Minister’s intervention over unpaid electricity bills owed by government departments. Morcha president Raghunath Singh Negi said ordinary consumers face disconnection for relatively small arrears, while departments reportedly owe UPCL around 1300 crore and have not faced comparable action.
