Bageshwar villagers threaten election boycott over 17-year road demand in Kapkot villages
Residents of Thangadhar and Gadakharik in Bageshwar’s Dulam gram panchayat have announced a boycott of the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections. They say their road demand has remained unresolved since 2009, despite repeated references to a detailed project report. A letter has been sent to Union Home Minister Amit Shah through the district administration.
