Tehri to begin ration card deactivation process from 1 October
Tehri district will start identifying ration cards linked to 6 consecutive months without recorded ration transactions from 1 October. Cardholders must collect their monthly allocation and complete e-KYC for every listed family member. Officials say e-KYC and field verification will be conducted during a 90-day period before permanent removal is considered.
