Uttarakhand Assembly session: Extensive security deployed at Diwalikhal barrier to manage protests
Security has been strengthened around the Uttarakhand Assembly session at Bhararisain, with barricades and personnel from the civil police, PAC, a tear gas squad and fire services deployed at Diwalikhal. Police say lawful expression will be allowed, but violations of law and order will invite strict action.
