Diwali rush: Kumaon roadways to run nearly 100 buses on 2 Delhi trips each day
The Uttarakhand Transport Corporation plans 2 daily trips to Delhi for nearly 100 buses from Kumaon during the Diwali rush. The move comes after BS-4 buses were removed from the route, while officials expect daily passenger numbers to rise to 1,500–2,000 and have warned of possible pressure on services.
