Diwali pollution monitoring intensifies as special AQI machines are installed in Haldwani, Nainital
Following Central Pollution Control Board directions, special machines are monitoring air quality in Haldwani and Nainital before and after Diwali. Officials will track pollution from one week before the festival until one week afterwards, while recent readings show higher AQI levels in Rudrapur and Kashipur than in the 2 monitored cities.
