Dehradun POCSO court sentences girl’s relative grandfather to 20 years for rape
A special POCSO court in Dehradun has sentenced a relative grandfather to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment for raping a 3-year-old girl in the Nehru Colony police station area. The court also imposed a fine of 40,000 rupees and refused to grant probation, citing the seriousness of the offence.
