Dehradun councillor’s worker accused of drugging family 25 days after joining; Delhi jail link found
Police are investigating allegations that domestic worker Bharat Thapa sedated BJP councillor Amita Singh, her husband and son before stealing cash and jewellery from their Dehradun home. Thapa had been hired through an online placement agency 25 days earlier, while investigators are examining his previous imprisonment in a Delhi robbery case and possible links to Nepal.
