Doon Medical College Hospital to run weekly obesity clinic and offer bariatric surgery
Doon Medical College Hospital will open an obesity clinic every Friday, giving patients access to assessment, consultation and treatment planning within the government hospital. Bariatric surgery will also be considered when medically required, potentially reducing the need for patients to seek costly treatment at private hospitals.
