Bahadrabad Community Health Centre has not started ultrasound or operation theatre services one year after moving into its new building. A technical fault has affected the ultrasound machine, while the operation theatre awaits the appointment of 2 doctors, forcing pregnant women and other patients to visit other health facilities.
