Tungnath Temple closes for winter as Baba Tungnath’s Utsav Doli begins journey to Makkumath
The doors of Tungnath Temple in Rudraprayag district were closed for winter on Friday, November 6, after traditional Vedic rituals. Baba Tungnath’s Utsav Doli has begun its journey to Makkumath, where devotees will be able to seek blessings during the winter months while the high-altitude shrine remains closed.
