Haridwar public toilet fee row: Ashok Sharma alleges 10-rupee charge for urinal use
Former councillor Ashok Sharma says he was charged 10 rupees after using a urinal at a public toilet near Shivmurti in Haridwar. Councillor Sunil Kumar recorded a confrontation with an employee. The allegation follows a similar case at Rodi Belwala, intensifying scrutiny of fee displays, monitoring and sanitation arrangements before the upcoming Kumbh fair.
