Roorkee unit caught making banned analogue paneer; 2 quintals destroyed ahead of Diwali
A Food Safety Department inspection in Nanhaera Anantpur, Roorkee, found a unit producing analogue paneer using palmolin oil and skimmed milk powder. Officials destroyed about 2 quintals of prepared paneer and 20 kg of palmolin oil, while 30 kg of skimmed milk powder was seized during the late-night operation on 3 October.
