Residents in the Hinsariyakhal area are turning to private vehicles during medical emergencies because the ambulance parked at the local primary health centre cannot operate. A driver has not been appointed and the vehicle’s required documents are not valid, forcing one family to spend 2,000 rupees to take a sick युवक to Srikot Hospital.
